DADIU’s Games have been selected for several festival this past year.
Puzzle Bloom (2009) was selected for PAX10 at Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle in 2009 and nominated in the Student Showcase Category at Independent Games Festival in San Francisco in March 2010.
Karin and the Hidden Lake (2009) won one of the prizes in the GoVisual Category at Nordisk Film Festival in 2009.
Plane Weaver (2010) has been selected for Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle in September 2010.
Creaky Old Memory (2010) has been selected for IndieCade in Culver City in Ocotber 2010.
From 2011 the education at DADIU changes its structure. All classes and productions will be put in one semester – see an outline here – and will be altered a bit to consist of three weeks of joint curriculum, three weeks of workshop and seven weeks of production
The first teams of students to try our the new struture will start in September 2011.
